Polish Survival Phrases Card Deck
Thirty cards. One phrase each, the kind you actually need: ordering, asking for directions, paying, apologizing. Phonetic pronunciation on the back. Sized to slip into a passport.
We chose these thirty phrases by asking ourselves: what would we actually say, out loud, in a situation that couldn’t wait for a translation app? Ordering food. Asking where the bathroom is. Saying thank you in a way that sounds genuine. Asking for the bill. Telling a taxi driver where to go.
Polish pronunciation is more consistent than English once you learn the rules. The phonetics on each card use plain English sounds - no special symbols.
